Raeka Safai is a senior attorney and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) with more than 15 years of experience advising executive leadership and governing boards in complex, highly regulated environments. Her practice focuses on employment and labor strategy, workplace investigations, organizational risk, governance, policy development, privacy-sensitive matters, and complex litigation.
Throughout her career, Raeka has advised senior leaders on high-stakes workforce and organizational matters, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation. She is known for translating complex legal and operational issues into clear, practical, and actionable guidance.
